Order Processing
All products are made to order using Print-on-Demand production through our partner Gelato. Your item is created especially for you once your purchase is completed.
Production time is typically 2–5 business days.

Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped to you. Delivery times vary based on destination and the availability of warehouses:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 3–10 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–20 business days

Please note: During peak seasons (holidays, high-volume periods), or due to customs delays, shipping may take longer than usual.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on the product type, quantity, and shipping location.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that may include a tracking number, depending on product and delivery method.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
If an order is returned to sender, reshipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Customs & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
